November, and a dry season that starts late November
and ends late April, having said that, the average
temperature on the central valley is about 70°
all year round and at either coasts it is about
80° (on the dry season it can go up to 90°).
Capital: San José

is that the army was abolish around 1948 and yet
we keep one of the lowest crime rates in the world
since.

spoken all around the country.
